Refund policy

At AHB Spices, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns

• Once an order is delivered and accepted as correct, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be applicable.

• Returns are only accepted in case of:

  • Damaged product(s)

  • Incorrect product(s) delivered

👉 To be eligible for return:

• Products must be reported within 7 days of delivery

• Products must be returned in their original packaging

• Products must be unopened, unused, and sealed

• A copy of the original invoice/receipt must be included

• A valid return authorization request must be raised

If reverse pickup is not available, customers may be requested to ship the product via a reliable courier service.

⏳ Return processing may take up to 3 weeks after receiving the returned product. Customers will be notified once the request is processed.

2. Replacement Policy

• If you receive the wrong product, you must notify us within 3 business days via email or phone.

• The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery in original packaging.

• Courier charges for replacement will be borne by AHB Spices.

• Replacement will be dispatched within 4–5 business days after verification.

3. Cancellations & Order Modifications

• Orders can be modified (item, quantity, or details) before shipment.

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

AHB Spices reserves the right to cancel any order in case of:

• Pricing errors (technical or manual)

• Payment issues or failed transactions

• Unavailability of stock or verification issues

In such cases, the full amount will be refunded, and the customer will be notified.

4. Duplicate Orders & Refunds

• If an order is placed twice by mistake, customers must inform us within 2 business days.

• Refund requests will be processed after:

  • Deducting 3% transaction/processing fee

  • Courier charges (to be borne by the customer)

💰 Refunds will be processed within 7–8 business days or as per bank/payment gateway timelines.

5. Important Notes

• Refunds/exchanges are not applicable for opened or used products

• All returned items must pass quality checks before approval

• AHB Spices reserves the right to accept or reject return requests based on condition and compliance

6. Order Cancellation by Company

AHB Spices reserves the right to cancel any order placed due to:

• Incorrect pricing

• Technical or system errors

• Stock unavailability

In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.
