Shipping policy

At AHB Spices, we ensure that your orders are processed and delivered in a timely and secure manner. All orders are shipped from our warehouses located in India through trusted third-party courier or logistics partners. Once an order is placed, we make every effort to dispatch it at the earliest. Deliveries are generally made from Monday to Saturday during business hours.

The estimated delivery time ranges from 2 to 10 business days, depending on the delivery location. However, these timelines are only indicative and may vary due to factors such as location, courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. AHB Spices is not responsible for any delays caused by logistics partners.

Orders may require a signature upon delivery. We are not responsible for any order that is received and signed for by someone other than the person who placed the order at the provided delivery address. Customers are advised to ensure that someone is available at the delivery location to receive the order. Once the product has been delivered and accepted, AHB Spices shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or issues arising thereafter. In case of any damage or shortage, customers must report the issue immediately at the time of delivery by mentioning it on the Proof of Delivery and informing our customer support team via email or through our website. Claims reported after the package has been opened may not be accepted.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before order confirmation. Currently, orders above ₹499 qualify for free shipping, while orders below ₹499 will incur a shipping charge of ₹100. Please note that shipping charges may vary depending on the product type, size, weight, packaging requirements, and delivery location.
